As a Franchise Store Operator, you will lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location.

What you have to offer:
- Proven track record of business success
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Superior leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading and building teams
- Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
*An initial investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator. This will be discussed and disclosed to the successful candidate.

FreshCo. and its franchise partners offer teammates competitive compensation packages that will vary by role, location and store ownership. The salary range for this position $85,000.00 - $107,000.00. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
