Meet Our Pharmacy Departments

Pharmacist

Pharmacists do more than fill prescriptions—our pharmacy roles provide the professional advice customers need to take care of themselves and their families. Discover a healthy career with advancement opportunities as a Sobeys pharmacist.

Relief Pharmacist

We offer opportunities to care for the health and wellness of customers with a more casual schedule. You’ll provide the same dependable service as our full-time pharmacists but in a more flexible way that fits your lifestyle.

Pharmacy Technician

Working with the pharmacist, you will support customer and team needs. Certified pharmacy technicians assemble prescription drugs and dispense over-the-counter medications. You’ll also speak with healthcare professionals and provide information to customers.

Pharmacy Assistant

Led by a pharmacist, our assistants work with technicians to help customers. This includes preparing and packaging medication and answering questions about healthcare needs. It’s a great way to get first-hand pharmacy experience and inspiration for a career with Sobeys.

Customer Service

Supporting the store segment of pharmacy operations is important to us.  We have working as retail clerks in areas as diverse as cosmetics and convenience. What they all have in common is a commitment to putting customers first.
