As an Admin & Systems Teammate, you'll support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the store. Working closely with store leadership and teammates, you'll help ensure inventory accuracy, pricing compliance, recruitment and HR administration, and store operations are executed efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Perform day-to-day store administration, including HR support, training, compliance, employee engagement, and Champions initiatives.
  • Support the storewide recruitment process, including interview scheduling, onboarding, and new hire training.
  • Coordinate with Regional HRBPs and support the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
  • Receive and process Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and Retail Support Centre (RSC) shipments, ensuring efficient shipment check-in and backroom organization.
  • Review DSD invoices, resolve discrepancies with suppliers, and process required credits.
  • Complete inventory processes including cycle counts, spot checks, PI processes, inventory adjustments, and maintain inventory data integrity.
  • Create and maintain inventory reports, investigate discrepancies, and partner with store leadership to resolve inventory and system issues.
  • Perform File Maintenance activities, including monitoring price changes, completing spot checks, updating PLUs, and maintaining pricing accuracy.
  • Update flyers, promotions, customer documentation, sales pricing, discounts, and batch maintenance.
  • Support scheduling, time entry, and attendance processes.
  • Complete daily temperature checks and maintain cold chain and food safety standards.
  • Operate handheld RF devices and backroom equipment, including pallet jacks, balers, and compactors.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by supporting the CARE program.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company cleanliness and safety standards.

What you have to offer:

  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and decision-making abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate administrative, inventory, and pricing records.
  • Basic math skills and experience working with inventory, pricing, or administrative processes.
  • Strong technology skills with the ability to learn and use HRIS, ATS, LMS, inventory systems, handheld RF devices, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and support operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of food safety, safe food handling practices, and inventory control principles.
  • Ability to safely operate backroom equipment (training provided where applicable).
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, climb, kneel, lift up to 60 lbs, and push or pull up to 100 lbs.
  • High school diploma/GED (or currently enrolled).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
