As a Replenishment Teammate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience by ensuring products are stocked, organized, fresh, and readily available for customers. You'll support replenishment operations, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Stocking, rotating, and replenishing products throughout the store.
  • Receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory deliveries.
  • Building and maintaining displays according to merchandising standards and planograms.
  • Conducting product quality checks and removing unsellable items.
  • Supporting food safety, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention initiatives.
  • Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work and shopping areas.

What you have to offer:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of merchandising, product rotation, and inventory practices is an asset.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
