We currently have an opportunity for a Store Manager at our Cash and Carry location.
In this role, you will provide and communicate the strategic direction and vision for the location. You will manage all facets of operations and ensure operational excellence in retailing, merchandising, inventory management, employee engagement, and customer relations.
You will coach and develop the team to provide superior customer service and shopping experiences achieved through execution and strategy customized for the local market, in an engaging work environment, while achieving budgeted financial results.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Create a coaching and development culture for all store employees.
- Oversee total store talent management including recruitment, orientation, training, performance management, and compensation.
- Ensure communication of operational requirements, changes, and store vision to employees.
- Understand and respond to local market needs.
- Role model, coach, and reinforce customer service expectations daily for all staff.
- Ensure all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
- Ensure that OH&S, Food Safety, and other regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Ensure efficient operation of the business to achieve all financial targets and deliver on budgeted KPIs.
- Ensure implementation of business and merchandising plans.
What you have to offer:
- High school diploma with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Post-secondary diploma (or a two-year program) or equivalent preferred.
- Full knowledge of retail operations and demonstrated customer focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to communicate (oral and written) with all levels of the business.
- Ability to lead, motivate, inspire, and develop team members.
- Strong results management and decision-making/problem-solving skills.
